Health Workforce Solutions - RM6380
This open framework agreement, let under the Procurement Act 2023, gives access to strategic and bespoke workforce solutions, including but not limited to outsourced staff banks, strategic managed service solutions, temporary and permanent recruitment solutions (domestic and international), workforce management plans and vendor management systems.
The aim of the Health Workforce Solutions Framework is to provide long-term strategic delivery of health workforce staff to support patient care aligned to the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan. To achieve this, awarded suppliers deliver holistic, innovative healthcare resource solutions in line with the your strategic and operational targets.
This framework is the replacement framework for the Managed Staff Banks Framework RM6278 and Workforce Improvement Services Framework RM6163. It includes all the elements that have led to the Managed Staff Bank and Workforce Improvement Services frameworks success, with the necessary amendments to facilitate growth, innovation, technology and improved ease of use for all parties.
RM6380 allows the choice to pick any combination from the following service lines via a single Lot.
