- It is a nationwide agreement available to NHS and wider public sector organisations within England
- It is an easy framework to navigate with a mix of large and small suppliers offering services from transactional temporary staffing to complex longer-term delivery models
- The framework has the flexibility to be used by individual customers, ICS/ICB or larger consortiums
- All suppliers have been assessed on providing qualified clinical staff which meet the requirements of the NHS. Customers have the assurance that the clinical staff sourced will be compliant with NHS Employers and be able to deliver high quality patient care
- Suppliers listed on the framework have been assessed on their capacity and capability to deliver services in the NHS and the wider public sector
- Greater alignment in staffing frameworks. Clinical and non-clinical staff can now be sourced by our customers using the same terms and conditions. The new framework contains revised terms on transfer fees and notice periods which offers fair and transparent operating procedures for both customers and suppliers
- Creation of a fair, sustainable and transparent mechanism for cap pricing and escalation with framework. This offers customers a viable alternative to non-framework supply
- Improved navigation within the framework. NHS colleagues/customers can easily identify suppliers who have a proven track record in vendor and managed services, or who have experience in sourcing specialised clinical roles
The new agreement will cover the following lots of supply:
Lot 1: Nursing and Midwifery
Lot 2: Medical Staffing
Lot 3: AHP, HSS and Emergency
Lot 4: Social Care Staffing
Lot 5: Vendor and Managed Service
5a) Master Vendor
5b) Neutral Vendor
Please note that RM6161 is active until 11 October 2024.
