Steve Dunkerley to manage DAP

Steve Dunkerley, a senior LPP project manager, has taken the mantle from Steve Ellesmere to manage the final Demand Aggregation Pilot category projects through to completion.

We are working closely with the Department of Health as it now accelerates the design of new ways of working for NHS procurement and supply. As part of that close relationship, Steve Ellesmere, who has been the LPP Project manager for the DAP since its inception, is now working directly with the DH to support the development of future operating models. Steve Dunkerley, another senior LPP project manager, is managing the final category projects through to completion.

The final projects are Stockings (auction planned for 21/22nd January) and Gowns (lotting strategy due to be signed off by the reference group on 21st January). A decision on the merits of pursuing Gloves for DAP will be taken when the results of a national exercise on Gloves are released. This is anticipated shortly.
