Transactional Finance, Accountancy & Transactional Procurement live

The Transactional Finance, Accountancy and Transactional Procurement “P2P” Services framework is now live. Update: this framework has now expired.

This framework comes under LPP's Professional Services workstream and will run for four years from April 2014.

The framework covers services in three lots:

• Lot 1 Transactional Finance
• Lot 2 Accountancy
• Lot 3 Transactional Procurement “P2P”

Benefits:

The framework has established ceiling prices from pre-qualified suppliers. As much of the procurement work has already been done, NHS organisations are able to save on time and costs associated with running a full procurement.

In addition, the framework should reduce the administrative burden and reduce duplication of effort as standard service specifications and performance indicators have already been established. The breadth of services and the flexibility built into the framework enables NHS organisations to think more pro-actively about how they might outsource some of their back office processes.

This framework is available only to LPP members. ELFS Shared Business Services and Essentia have been awarded places on the framework.
