Free legal seminar programme for NHS LPP members
New: free legal seminar programme for NHS LPP members We’re pleased to offer NHS LPP members free access to a wider programme of legal seminars delivered by our alliance partner, NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC).
This programme complements our established quarterly Procurement Legal Surgeries with Hempsons, which will continue as usual and remain focused on NHS and public sector procurement law. The next Procurement Legal Surgery will take place on 13 May 10am - 12pm. Please hold this time in your calendar and further information, including an invitation to register will be available from the end of March.
The NOE CPC legal seminar programme offers additional value by covering a broader range of legal topics, delivered by a variety of legal providers. Topics extend beyond procurement and include areas such as employment law, GDPR and data protection, and wider commercial and governance issues. This enhanced offer reflects our ongoing commitment to working with alliance partners to add value for members and provide practical, relevant support across a wider legal landscape.
What this means for NHS LPP members:
- Access to a broader legal knowledge offer, at no cost
- Insight from multiple specialist legal providers, not just procurement-focused
- Support for a wider range of organisational challenges, beyond procurement activity
