NHS LPP Corporate Governance
NHS LPP develops and manages collaborative procurement projects on behalf of its members including SMEs, acute, community and mental health trusts, as well as clinical commissioning groups.
We are renowned for generating huge savings for our customers and driving innovation across the market. We utilise our collective expertise to positively influence the procurement landscape.
NHS LPP is leading the way in creating innovative procurement solutions as well as frameworks to deliver commercial excellence, significant and sustainable cost and service improvement to our stakeholders primarily in the London NHS economy but also beyond London. There are 46 organisations within the NHS LPP membership along with clinical commissioning groups.
Our procurement solutions bring together top suppliers from across the UK. Our aim is to ensure that the procurement process and journey is as stress-free as possible. We pride ourselves on our procurement expertise, support and the simplicity of our solutions.

Our Structure and Governance
NHS London Procurement Partnership is governed by a steering board, with support from individual category boards and a Corporate Services team.
The Steering Board is responsible for:
- Sponsoring and governing NHS LPP
- Helping the Partnership team overcome barriers
- Delivering key messages to trusts and commissioners
- Reviewing progress and approving milestone gates.
