Workforce Alliance bite-size customer webinars

The Workforce Alliance is a partnership between Crown Commercial Service and the four NHS-owned and operated collaborative procurement hubs. They have been working together since 2019 to combine experience and expertise for the benefit of the NHS. Developed by Joint Working and Operational Group colleagues, we're pleased to share on their behalf a series of four concise and informative framework webinars designed to provide practical guidance and help customers maximise value from their frameworks.

The webinars are open to anyone in the NHS and will provide an opportunity to extend the Alliance reach, engage new customers, and support growth. They will run over October and November and cover the following topics:

Framework ABCs: Accessing frameworks; Beneficiary notices; Call-off contracts. Wednesday 15 October, 11:45am to 12:15pm 

The framework compass: Guiding you through specs, checks and audits. Thursday 16 October, 2:15pm to 2:45pm

Exploring options: Staffing models, procurement routes and frameworks. Thursday 6 November, 11:15am to 11:45am

Navigating fees: Worker transfers and the framework rate card. Thursday 13 November, 14:15pm to 14:45pm
