Programme Management Office
Our Programme Management Office (PMO) team can support you with delivery from start to finish, establishing the appropriate governance, monitoring progress at each stage, and management of key stakeholders to drive the success of your projects and programmes to realise the desired outcomes.
Available on a bespoke commissioned basis, the service offers flexible NHS-to-NHS consultancy support tailored to organisational requirements and delivered outside of the core NHS LPP membership offering.
Why us?

- Transparency and value for money - Delivering NHS to NHS means that money is always re-invested back into the NHS, maximising value, and encouraging collaboration through peer to peer delivery.
- Alignment to NHS values - We share the same mission as other NHS organisations, and are guided by the public service ethos and national objectives, driving excellence and best practice, as well as building long-term sustainability to bolster the NHS' capacity to deliver.

Testimonials
“As the Deputy Director of Commercial Procurement for the South West London Partnership, based at St George’s Hospital and supporting Kingston, Croydon and Epsom & St Helier Hospitals, I’d like to extend our thanks to the LPP team for their outstanding work in facilitating the recent process mapping sessions. The way they engaged our staff, captured the nuances of each agreed process, and then translated that into clear, practical process maps and RACI documents has been invaluable. This work has given us a stronger foundation for standardisation, better visibility of our processes, and a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities—making a tangible difference to how we deliver our service.”
From South West London Partnership – Catherine Andrews, Deputy Director of Commercial Procurement
“The PMO Team at NHS London Procurement Partnership recently provided process improvement support to Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust, working closely with finance and procurement colleagues. They facilitated collaborative sessions across procurement, project management, and finance, helping to build consensus on processes and establish clear, shared governance arrangements. Their professional and well-coordinated approach enabled meaningful and sustainable improvements that are already being felt across the departments. We look forward to continuing to work with such a committed and supportive team in future initiatives.”
From Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust – Chris Wagner, Associate Director of Finance
