Working with NHS Shared Business Services (SBS)

Alongside our partners, NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) and the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) recognise the significant role we play in providing the NHS with innovative, compliant, value based commercial frameworks and agreements.

We collaborate where appropriate to provide our customers with the best experience and avoid unnecessary duplication. For example, NOE CPC and NHS SBS have delivered the Tech Devices – Link 4 agreement in partnership since 2011.

We believe the following NHS SBS agreements enhance our existing offers. We will continue to look for areas where collaboration will benefit the NHS.

NHS Shared Business Services frameworks

Explore the following NHS SBS frameworks that complement NHS LPP’s offering.

Technology Enabled Care Services 2

The 10 Year Health Plan for England focusses on three major shifts: from hospital to community care, from analogue to digital technologies, and from treating sickness to preventing illness. Our Technology Enabled Care Services 2 (TECS2) Framework Agreement underpins these shifts by providing technology that can help to ease the pressure, improve patient care, and support remote monitoring.

Patient Discharge and Mental Health Step Down Beds

Once people no longer need hospital care, being at home or in a community setting, such as a care home, is the best environment for their continued recovery. However, unnecessary delays in being discharged from hospital are a problem that many people experience.

Audio Visual Solutions and Integrated Operating Theatres 2

Our Audio Visual Solutions and Integrated Operating Theatres 2 Framework Agreement supports both NHS and wider public sector organisations by providing access to a broad range of audio-visual and integrated technology solutions that enhance service delivery, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
