Be a part of your future training and development

NHS England, in partnership with HCSA, is conducting a training needs analysis survey to understand current training materials and needs so they can work with NHS professionals to create materials which align to what will help them develop.

This is an opportunity to tell NHS England about what training is needed to support development now and in the future. The suvey link is here or, if easier for you, please scan the QR code to complete the survey on your phone. It will take less than 10 minutes of your time.

The survey is open to all staff who work in Procurement, Clinical Procurement, Logistics and Materials Management, and Data and Analytics. Completing this survey will help to ensure that the future learning and development offer is representative, fit for purpose and will support professionals to grow and learn.

Through this work, the Central Commercial Function (CCF) team will create tailored training options for staff to develop, prepare for promotion or be ready to deliver in the future.

All responses are confidential and it will not be possible to identify individuals or their responses. The survey is being conducted by an independent organisation, who will analyse the findings and the results will be presented in a summary format.
