Customer Survey 2025 - get your views heard

Today, Monday 29 September sees the official launch of our customer survey 2025. Last year we ran our first customer survey with net promoter score (NPS), allowing us to not only receive feedback and opinion from our valued customers, but also to gather data for benchmarking results year on year.

Using the NPS metric enables us to make impactful internal improvements and better support any service transformation – getting it right for our customers first time is key.  

Work has been ongoing to analyse the NPS scores and survey feedback to help shape direct improvements to customer experience from survey feedback. This will continue each year as we aim to work together to make NHS LPP better.
