NEW joint Apprenticeship framework

NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP), Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, and North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) are working in collaboration to enhance and streamline our framework offering for apprenticeships and education services.

Framework access and promotion 

NOE CPC and NHS LPP members now have access to utilise the original Salisbury frameworks, alongside wider NHS and public sector organisations. 

These frameworks will be accessible across all three organisations’ websites. 

 

Current frameworks 

The following Salisbury frameworks remain active and available for use: 

• C1546.390 Professional Development Education Framework 
  Expires: 30 June 2026 

• S10353 Apprenticeships Training & End Point Framework 
  Expires: 31 March 2027

Future plans 

The collaboration has begun work to reprocure a new collaborative framework covering Apprenticeships and Education Services, targeting a go-live date of April 2027. 
This partnership will: 

• Better serve suppliers and members 

• Streamline framework offerings 

• Combine our collective expertise and resources 

Customer engagement webinar 

Join us on Thursday 16 April 2026 at 2pm for an online customer webinar introducing the new collaboration between Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, NOECPC, and NHS LPP. We will provide a clear overview of the joint Apprenticeships and Education Services offer, explain what the partnership means for customers, and outline the planned approach for the new framework iteration.  

The session will cover: 

• An introduction to the collaboration and the benefits for customers 

• How customers can access the existing offerings 

• An initial overview of the new framework plans and timelines 

• An opportunity for customers to ask questions, share feedback and shape the future framework iteration
