Access to a leading panel of law firms and specialist expertise
Competitive hourly rates with fixed pricing options
Social Value commitments measured at framework level
Legal awareness/training/workshops will be made available on a non-chargeable basis to individual client organisations (eg to each individual NHS organisation)
A minimum of 60 minutes “initial telephone consultation/advice time” to the client organisations prior to the commencement of any charging
Rebates to be payable on an annual basis to individual Participating Organisations in proportion to their share of the total collaborative expenditure through the framework agreement.
