Our HR & Workforce team supports public sector organisations across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to learning, retention and workforce planning. The team works as part of the NHS Workforce Alliance to help organisations access workforce solutions that support capacity, resilience and long-term workforce sustainability.

The team supports governance, stakeholder management, process improvement, business case development and programme recovery, helping organisations move work forward with structure and assurance.

• Sustainability & Social Value

Our Sustainability & Social Value team helps NHS and public sector organisations embed social value and sustainability into procurement. The team supports organisations to reduce carbon emissions, strengthen social value outcomes and align procurement activity with wider NHS, environmental and community priorities.
