Commercial and procurement

• CCF Accredited Framework Host
  NHS LPP was approved by NHS England’s Central Commercial Function (CCF) as an Accredited Framework Host in 2024. From 1 April 2024, NHS organisations purchasing goods, services and works are required to use the list of CCF Accredited Framework Hosts published by NHS England.
• Commercial Continuous Improvement Assessment Framework (CCIAF)
  NHS LPP achieved CCIAF accreditation in 2024. This accreditation recognises our commitment to continuous improvement in commercial practice and enables benchmarking against recognised good practice across the Government Commercial Function and wider public sector.
• NHS England recommended routes to market for Digital and Technology
  NHS LPP’s Digital and Technology frameworks are among those recommended by NHS England for NHS buyers purchasing digital and IT goods and services. These frameworks are included within NHS England’s 6 Pillar Approach, which supports organisations to navigate the digital procurement landscape more effectively.
• NHS England accreditation for Payroll Service Framework
  NHS LPP's Payroll Services framework achieved NHS England accreditation in 2026, providing NHS organisations and other public sector customers with an approved, compliant and efficient route to procure payroll products and services.

Sustainability and learning

• Silver Carbon Literate Organisation
  In 2025, NHS LPP became the first NHS organisation to achieve Silver Carbon Literate Organisation status. This reflects our commitment to building carbon literacy and embedding sustainability across our organisation.
• CPD-certified Social Value Curriculum
  NHS LPP’s Social Value Curriculum is CPD certified, recognising the quality and value of the learning content provided through the programme. This certification supports our wider commitment to building knowledge and capability in social value across the NHS and public sector.
