Partners

By working collaboratively, we provide broader expertise, greater flexibility and joined-up support to help organisations access the right solutions for their needs.

Working together to deliver more for members and customers
We continue to strengthen our network of partners and affiliates so we can offer members and customers an end-to-end range of non-clinical solutions. Through these partnerships, members and customers benefit from a wider portfolio of frameworks, services and specialist support, helping to reduce duplication and improve access to high-quality commercial solutions.

NHS LPP and NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) alliance
In 2024 we entered into a strategic alliance with NOE CPC to make it easier for members and customers to access a broader, nationally available range of compliant procurement frameworks and services. By combining our expertise, resources and market insight, we offer greater choice, wider specialist support and a more joined-up approach to procurement - helping NHS and wider public sector organisations access the right solutions with confidence while strengthening the voice of NHS procurement at national, regional and local level. On a national level we are known as the National Procurement Alliance (NPA)

NHS Workforce Alliance
Established in 2019 to combine experience and expertise, the NHS Workforce Alliance was created to support NHS leaders and operational teams in all aspects of workforce planning and management at no direct cost to the NHS. This alliance is a partnership between the four NHS-owned and operated collaborative procurement hubs: NHS Commercial Solutions (NHS CS), East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (NHS EOECPH), NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP), NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC ) and Government Commercial Agency (GCA), formerly Crown Commercial Service (CCS).

Salisbury Managed Procurement Services
We are working with Salisbury Managed Procurement Services alongside NOE CPC to strengthen our offer in apprenticeships, training and education. This partnership supports the development of a comprehensive and commercially robust route to market in an important and evolving area for NHS organisations.

Government Commercial Agency (GCA) formerly Crown Commercial Service (CCS)
NHS LPP has a strong track record of working with GCA and we are continuing to build on that relationship. Current collaboration includes national strategic work in areas such as linen and laundry, with opportunities to further enhance the offer available to NHS LPP members and GCA customers.

NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS)
NHS SBS and NHS LPP work collaboratively to help address portfolio gaps and widen access to available agreements. By promoting each other’s relevant solutions where appropriate, we help ensure members can access the broadest possible range of category offers and support.

NHS East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub (EOECPH) and NHS Commercial Solutions (NHS CS)
NHS LPP has a long-standing history of working with both NHS EOECPH and NHS CS, particularly where collaboration can reduce duplication in the framework market. This continues across a number of areas, including initiatives such as Home Oxygen and Pathology.

Peninsula Purchasing and Supply Alliance (PPSA)
Our relationship with PPSA strengthens NHS LPP’s reach as a national delivery partner. While PPSA does not provide framework or contracting services, its regional footprint supports wider collaboration and creates additional commercial and strategic opportunities that benefit our members.
