The Workforce team at NHS LPP supports the public sector across all aspects of ‘hire to retire'. It's much more than finding people - our contract portfolio offers trusts the opportunity to streamline processes for employment along the whole pathway, from recruitment to selection, to on-boarding and induction, to learning and development, to benefits and retention. NHS LPP is also part of the Workforce Alliance, a collaboration between NHS Procurement in Partnership and Crown Commercial Services which pools expertise, resources and geographical reach to respond to the challenges facing the health sector and deliver a sustainable NHS workforce model. NHS LPP is acutely aware of the challenges facing NHS trusts - from managing an ageing workforce to developing and implementing new ways of working across Integrated Care Systems (ICS).
