Our staff complete further learning on the Procurement Act 2023

All staff at NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) have completed the Government Commercial College Transforming Public Procurement nine modules on the Procurement Act of 2023.

Lee Joseph, Managing Director at NHS LPP, said: “We know that this training will give our team of procurement experts the knowledge to support our members and customers on the new rules that will govern all public procurement. Well done to everyone in our organisation for achieving this prior of the release of the act so we are prepared ahead of time. And it’s not just our procurement colleagues who have achieved this – staff from all teams across the organisation, no matter their role or band, have undertaken this learning.”

In addition, NHS LPP will be running multiple half day complimentary Procurement Act interactive workshops for over 250 of our members in preparation for, and prior to the next legislative update in February 2025. If you’d like more information about this, please email Customer@lpp.nhs.uk.
