Reflecting on P4H 2024

This week, members of our Executive team were invited to present at the P4H England 2024 event held at Birmingham NEC.

Lee Joseph, Managing Director at NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP)’s presentation for the Keynote Arena, entitled: “Northerners are from Venus, Southerners are from… Venus” touched upon the NHS procurement landscape today, Government policy and aspirations and our newly formed alliance with North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative.

Also, the Keynote Arena saw Michelle McCann, our Chief Sustainability and Innovation Officer, present on social value in action, providing information on what NHS LPP offers our members in this space.

Meanwhile in the Digital and Transparency Zone, Ursula Hardwick, Digital Health Director spoke about sharing best practice in digitisation, and Steve Dunkerley, Chief Commercial Officer, presented on frameworks and what the future looks like for the NHS.

We were also pleased to have the NHS Workforce Alliance (NHS WA), which NHS LPP is a proud partner of, represented at one of the exhibition stands, with NHS WA colleagues getting to engage with lots of event attendees.

Lee Joseph said: “As always, P4H England 2024 provided an extensive range of resources for developing knowledge through the different zones and exhibition areas. Our team thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to speak at this event, and as we reflect on this positive experience, we want to thank all those who attended the day and came to see us present. We’re very proud to be a part of this collaborative and forward-thinking community.”
