Membership model refresh
We continue to work on ways to demonstrate the value we deliver to our members. We recently refreshed our membership benefits model in consultation with members to clearly detail services included as part of the membership fee, and those services we can provide at a charge. Real-time access to your unique Value Report also shows the current value and return on investment you receive from us at both trust and ICB level.
The current membership fees model was refreshed by a member-led, board appointed task and finish group and launched in March 2020. The intention at the time was to launch the model and then publish refreshed associated membership benefits shortly after. However, the pandemic hit one week post-launch, and the project was temporarily put on hold as a result. A new member-led task and finish group was formed to complete this work.
NHS LPP teams worked in partnership with the task and finish group to refine a membership benefits package that we believe delivers optimum value to our members.
