NHS LPP staff take on charity abseiling challenge

A team of four intrepid daredevils from NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) will be abseiling 160ft down the north tower of St Thomas’ hospital in aid of the Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity on Saturday 11th September.

Kay Petken, Michelle McCann, Zuleika Henderson and Jackie Crawley will be taking on the challenge and are looking for people to kindly donate to the cause.

Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity raises funds to support expert care, life-changing research, and the small touches that help patients feel really cared for, as well as supporting staff wellbeing.

Zuleika Henderson, Head of Communications, NHS LPP said on behalf of the group: “The pandemic has been such a challenging time for the NHS and we’re really proud to show our appreciation for our amazing colleagues at Guy’s and St Thomas’ and Evelina London by fundraising for the Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity. We’re excited (but very nervous!) about our abseiling challenge - any kind donations people can spare is much appreciated.”

Please see the JustGiving pages below for each of the fundraisers:
